In my role as a coach, I support you in your professional and personal development in the specific context of your work and transformation. One focus is on preparing and accompanying you for the next level of leadership tasks and roles. My basic attitude is respectful, appreciative, and confident. My approach is systemic and methodologically sound. I bring valuable experience to your coaching from my own many years of practice as a project manager, manager, and executive. Each dialogue will provide you with helpful insights as well as concrete, actionable next steps.

In which contexts is coaching/mentoring appropriate?

  • To succeed in middle management: lead other managers yourself; deal with pressure and demands from all directions; find your focus, become effective and stay that way.
  • To continuously develop your own leadership role in management: increase your own effectiveness in transformations; maintain and develop the balance between cooperation and competition; become and remain more resilient.

I recommend a proven combination of face-to-face and virtual coaching dialogues with ad hoc virtual “fast sparring sessions.”

  • Face-to-face appointments (especially at the beginning) of a coaching relationship are valuable and helpful. Connecting, getting to know each other, perceiving and understanding on a non-verbal level and building initial trust requires physical presence.
  • Virtual coaching appointments are efficient and (easier) to implement, and also have the intended effects. However, the necessary prerequisites must be created and fulfilled (combination with one or more face-to-face appointments; separation from the daily work context; suitable infrastructure).
  • Short and event-related fast sparring sessions, integrated into the daily work context, can be very helpful and effective additions. In 30-45 minutes of virtual exchange on a specific, work-related issue, directly implementable options for action emerge. The resulting findings are taken up again in the coaching dialogs.
