Experience as a manager

  • Manager: As a training manager and HR manager, I learned and practiced the skills of personnel management and leadership.
  • Senior Manager: In my roles as Head of Global Human Resources Development and Human Resources Manager for a division of the Executive Board, I was responsible for the respective strategies and their implementation, as well as for selecting and managing the executives who reported to me.
  • Executive: As an authorized signatory and member of the management board for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, I have experienced both the pleasure and the burden of being responsible for results and success. The same applies to cooperation and competition in top management.

Experience as a consultant and coach

  • Systemic training and continuing education: My consulting foundation is systemic strategy, organizational, and personnel development, which I learned at the ISB in Wiesloch and have further developed and supplemented in several other contexts.
  • Classic strategy development: I initially learned the necessary skills at the Management Center St. Gallen and then continuously applied and supplemented the methods and tools in projects.
  • Project management: In more than 20 projects (ranging from manageable topics to complex global transformations), I was responsible for results and was able to further develop my program/project management and leadership skills without a reporting line.
  • In my role as a consultant on client projects, I have felt at home in trusting dialogue with divisional and senior management for over 15 years. My main focus has been on supporting transformations, from strategic decision-making to implementation. My core competencies have been significantly shaped in this role and continue to develop here.
  • As a coach, I have supported more than 20 executives in preparing for their next big tasks and roles and in proving themselves in them. I regularly arrange professional supervision and senior mentoring for myself.
