In my role as a consultant, I support you and your team in all phases of your planned change. I listen to you respectfully and seriously. I support you in systematically understanding the complexity of your project and focusing on what really matters for its implementation. I help you to make the best possible use of existing talents and resources for the change process. Where necessary and appropriate, I roll up my sleeves and help with the practical implementation—to achieve the intended effects.

  • What is the core of the intended change? What challenge actually needs to be addressed? What is the actual goal?
  • How should the context and content for the necessary communication about the transformation be designed for the different target groups?
  • How can talent, potential, and existing resources be best mobilized/utilized for the project?
  • Who in the management team is able (and willing) to support and implement the necessary changes? Who needs to learn what, and how can this be achieved?
  • How can the use of AI be considered sensibly and responsibly from the outset? Where can (and should) AI deliver added value, and where would its use be counterproductive?
  • How can challenges, problems, and conflicts be dealt with in a targeted manner?
  • How must implementation at the employee level be considered and integrated from the outset?
  • What are the appropriate architecture, formats, and methods for the change process in order to achieve the intended effects as efficiently as possible?
